We have learnt that excess intake of fats is harmful for the body. what about other nutrients

Same condition applies to other nutrients .For example ,if a person has much protein in his body then he should take less protein in his food .

Excess intake of nutrients to the body:

There is a proverb which states that too much of anything is good for nothing. Likewise, consumption of high amount of nutrients such as carbohydrate, Fats, Vitamins and minerals more than the required level it may be fatal to the human body.

Nutrients should be  taken in balanced form. The following is the list of risk caused by intake of high amount of nutrients:

• Carbohydrates: Obesity, Diabetes, Constipation, Atherosclerosis, and   Vascular diseases.

• Protein: Intestinal discomfort and indigestion.

• Vitamins and Minerals: Nausea, Stomach cramps, gastrointestinal upset etc.

• Fats: Obesity and cardiac problems.
