Balancing the daily nutrients assures that there is sufficient material to meet the bodily needs but not so much that it negatively impacts well-being. Excessive nutrients can, over time, lead to unwanted weight gain, affect metabolic processes and increase risk of nutritional toxicities.

Proteins and fats supply amino acids and fatty acids to the body. Once the requirements for these nutrients are met, the excess gets converted to fat tissue. Excess levels of vitamin A can cause birth defects, while too much vitamin D can increase blood level of calcium and eventually cause calcium deposits in soft tissues.

Explanation:

Yes, if we take an excess of proteins it may lead to some health issues like weight gain. Why because the consumption of excess protein gets stored as fat and excretes more amino acids. Eventually leads to other issues like bad breath, constipation, dehydration, etc.

Next is about vitamins, routinely overloading with vitamins will harm your health. Multivitamins can be taken as prescribed by doctors. But at the same time, too much vitamin C or zinc could cause nausea, diarrhoea, and stomach cramps. Taking too much selenium could lead to hair loss, gastrointestinal upset, fatigue, and mild nerve damage.

So, one should always take a balanced diet

Hope it helps u buddy!!
