If we r asked to express it then should we write one joule of work is done when one newton force is applied on the body which is moving by one metre?
is that correct?if no, how do we write it?

yeah ,you can write as the 1m displacement covered by the body when there is 1 N force applied on body is called body has done 1 J work done
