WE KNOW THAT( HCL) acid is very dangerous for our skin but our stomach contain it two but why it cannot harm our stomach

the acid in our stomach is diluted and our stomach also has a layer of mucus membrane so when acid comes in contact with our stomach it dose not hurt but when the amount of acid increases we feel un well and have acidity

Yes, HCl is corrosive but it cannot harm our stomach as it has a mucus lining which protects this.
