We know that :
Power= I^2R
And also power=V^2/R
But how it can be possible that a no. Is directly and inversely proportional to a same thing!!....its a right question so don't doubt on the ques.

sothat l = v/r
so here for power...... gives two relation p= l^2r and v^2 /r

V=IR ....so u r just substituting V=IR n I=V/R .... it is alws possible for be proportional directly and indirectly ... the net dimension is always same ... its not the phy quantity that matters the dimensional formula matters
