Yes, off course. Obtaining energy from sound produced in the environment is an innovative idea. That may help solve energy crisis as well as can dispose lot of unwanted sounds in surroundings.
But practically, this is hard to get by. First of all, currently there's no technology that can convert such large amount of sound energy into electrical energy. Next, the sound pollution is so widely diffused so it's difficult to concentrate all sound at particular device. And even if we succeed all that, cost of technology implented would be very much high relative to electrical energy obtained.
