Force = mass * acceleration
Hence , we can say that Weight = Force
If I weigh 50 Kg , Can i exert only 50 N of force ??

Answer:

No

Explanation:

When you mean by weigh 50kg, it means ur mass is 50kg. Then ur weight will be equal to mass * acceleration= 50kg * 10m/s²

= 500kg m/s²

= 500N

Yes, weight is equal to downward force...

Hope it helped!
