Our body does not experience the atmospheric pressure because the blood pressure (BP) inside our body is much higher than the surrounding air pressure. So the Atmospheric pressure is quite neglegible to us this we does not feel it.

A large amount of atmospheric pressure acts on us but we do not experience its effect because the internal body pressure or blood pressure is greater in amount than the external atmospheric pressure. ... That's why we do not feel any kind of excessive weight among us due to external atmospheric air pressure.
