Answer:

"I agree to a large extent that most valuable life lessons are learnt from struggling with our limitations rather enjoying successes."

Life is  journey  that is characterized by work, interacting with people of all ages ,studying ,leisure and even stretches as  far as entertainment.

In  the working life ,one wakes up early in the morning  and can work into the late of the night just to please the boss for instance. This however  is not common to  all people.

It therefore follows that people need to know themselves;what they are  capable of ,their capacities in terms of their strengths and weaknesses and far they can stretch. This  is commonly referred to as self  awareness.

One of the limitation for example can be anger.letting out  anger is  a good  feeling that only lasts for a  short period but  its consequences are severe and long  lived. One can learn  a  valuable lesson of how to effectively communicate our emotions rather than out bursting. In  this way people can live in harmony and avoid being remorseful about obvious mistakes committed that would have otherwise been avoided.
