False, we only prepare our food but we are dependent on animals and plants for raw materials.

For example if we are making vegetarian food then we requires cereals, pulses, fruits, vegetables, spices and all these things we can get from plants only.

For dairy products we need milk which we can get from cow, buffalo, etc. Hence we are dependent on raw materials and hence we are not the producers.
