We must drink milk at least 3 times a day to keep our bones strong
We must eat green leafy vegetables which helps to make our face look more brighter and bones become healthier
As we know eggs are good source of vitamins n minerals we must include it in our daily diet as well though vegetarian cannot have it they must try milk for 5 times a day !!!

first of all maintain ur time table then do yoga and take Vitamin A and Vitamin D is most important for growth and take green vegetables and fruits .eggs and egg with milk u will improve in ur body ....and its a very helpful in our body .
