we read any language so that we could speak that language. But we know how to speak hindi language yet we have to read hindi language.why?

I don't know if you have noticed but the other countries and their people have rich languages and so is India. The people out there are so well versed in their native language. They're so rooted to their culture. In the same way, we also need to be rooted to our culture because it gives us an identity. It distinguishes us from the rest and makes us unique as a nation. We need to practice so that we will be better and better when it comes to reading, writing and speaking our language as well.
u understood my question wrongly. I had taken hindi language as example only to get my confusion solved.
The answer applies to everyone speaking different languages. I only mentioned Hindi to make my answer less complicated

No doubt u know Hindi but u don't know the grammar of Hindi correctly and there is very different between writtern and spoken language.
