Explanation: We receive heat energy from the sun through Radiation.

Radiation is a Electromagnetic wave. It can travel without any medium. It does not deflect in magnetic and electric field. There are many types of Electromagnetic wave with different wavelengths such as :- Alpha-rays, Beta-Rays, Gamma-Rays , X-Rays , Ultra Violet Rays , Infrared Rays etc.

◼️We receive heat energy from the sun through Radiation mode of transmission.

◼️The sun is nothing but actually a huge ball of gases which mainly consists of hydrogen. The hydrogen present in the sun is converted in the form of helium everyday via millions of chemical reaction. The result or the product of these reactions are nothing but the 'HEAT'.

◼️The heat energy radiated by the sun can be felt in every direction on the earth's atmosphere.  Solar radiation is created by the nucleic fusion in the core of the sun, which causes sun to emit a large amount of electromagnetic radiation which includes visible light, infrared radiation, ultraviolet light and X-rays. These electromagnetic radiation can even travel through the vacuum of space.

◼️The heat energy that comes from the sun help in keeping the earth's global climatic system run smoothly. Most of the heat energy that sun radiates is absorbed in the space itself, but the amount that reaches the earth is enough for the humans and its environment.
