We say energy can nor be created or destroyed then ,how first energy came in exexistense??

Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed . It just changes its form . So energy was not truly created. I think due to the BIG BANG (collision of matter and antimatter) lots of energy was released along with strong radiation. so i guess energy started started spreading and expanding as more and more such collisions started happening in the space.
