we say ' respected' madam/sir or 'dear' friend. But I want to use both the words for the same person. How can I substitute both the abstracts in one word?​

According to me ,madam is our sinior .so we must be. give respect to her..Friends who are our close,so it is not matter we say them respected..so we use dear friends ...What I understood I wrote ..
