we say that the first species on earth was dinosaurs but do we actually now that what was the species called? was it 35 million years ago called dinosaur to that species

cant say about it I wasn't there then but dinosaur was a name given by humans.It means terrible lizard

This is because there were several fossil found under earth beneath by the archeologist and scientists which indicates that the dinosaurs were the first species found.
means u will find any fossils in the earth surface and u will keep any name of it
