we should never tell lie is it true?
Answers
Answer:
Certainly! Lying doesn't does us any good!
Although nowadays this seems impossible so to stop lying we need to understand what lying actually does and if it benefits us in any way or not.
Most of the times, people lie because they want to hide something bad that they have done either willingly or unwillingly. But we need to understand that it doesn't benefits us at all. Lying might save you for a few days or weeks but eventually at the end everything would be disclosed in some way or the other. And, believe me you're gonna regret it as getting a lie caught is 10 times worse than it would have been if you would have told the truth in the first place!
Not only that, lying has a great effect on trust. People will start never believing you and sometimes even ignoring you. You are destroying your own relationship with others! NOW IT'S YOUR CHOICE TO DECIDE WHAT IS WISE!
I have myself experienced it tons of times and now I have got an important lesson in life:
"Lying destroys relationship, trust and dignity. One should think at least 10 times before lying if it's wise enough to do that or not!"
Answer:
Telling the truth is not an explicitly stated principle of most systems of medical ethics, but it is clearly implied by the principle of respect for autonomy - if a patient is lied to, they can't make a reasoned and informed choice, because they don't have the information they need to do so.
