We are not supposed to jump on the desks of class because, in schools, discipline must be followed. Standing or jumping on benches promotes a bad behaviour of a student in a class. The furniture is also a part of the school, and we must not destroy or damage them in any possible way. We must treat the school like a school and not like our home.
