In my opinion we should run behind excellence coz. the place where there is presence of excellence, all the success comes running there...
Suppose , there is a student and you applied for a job....
The student has scored more marks than you but does not have the working skills as u do....so the company will hire u instead of that student....coz if they do so they will get your excellence quality and you will success in return....
