Given

m = 13.5 kg,

V = 1.5 x 10^-3 m^3

Therefore,

Density = Mass/ Volume

= 13.5/15 x 10^-3 = 900 kg m^-3

As it is less than 1000 kg m^-3 the block will float.

Answer:

weight of a metallic block is 13.5 kgf and volume is 15000 cm cube

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

m = 13.5 kg,

V = 1.5 x 10^-3 m^3

Therefore,

Density = Mass/ Volume

= 13.5/15 x 10^-3 = 900 kg m^-3

As it is less than 1000 kg m^-3 the block will float.
