Per unit cost of remaining units = ₹300.

To calculate the per unit cost of remaining units:

Weighted average cost of 100 units = ₹280

Total cost of 100 units = 280 * 100

                                     = ₹28,000

Total cost of 40 units = ₹10,000

cost per unit for 40 units = 10,000/40

                                          = ₹250 per unit

Total cost of remaining 60 units = total cost of 100 units - total cost of 40 units

= 28,000 - 10,000

= ₹18,000

Cost per unit of remaining 60 units = total cost of 60 units / 60

                                                          = 18,000 / 60

                                                          = ₹300 per unit
