Today we have gathered here to celebrate grandparents' day. Many of you have come with your grandparents and many of your grandparents are not here. Some of us have had the fortune of spending time with our grandparents while some among us have not. It is time that we recognize and be grateful for the love and care we received from our grandparents. Grandparents are just like our parents but older and more experienced. They are sweet, caring and comforting and often the ones saving us from our parents' scolding. Even in their old age, their love remains the same and their care and efforts remain ceaseless. We must thank them and love them in return and take care of our grandparents for they need our care just as much as we need theirs.
