I welcome everyone here today on behalf of our school(your school name) for the school's annual sports day I am happy to inform that our school has completed 10 years and we would like to thank the faculty and all the students for being a part of this progress.
Taking our night further and in the first place the Annual Sports Day Function, I on the sake of everybody show here, healthily welcome the inaugurator and the dignitary of the inestimable capacity today, the Guest of respect, Mr.XYZ, who is the social laborer, educationist, and donor.
Mr.XYZ is an outstanding name as he has donated a lot and has contributed a lot to the success of this school.
Along these lines, give an immense round of applause as I call upon Mr. XYZ, to say a few words.

Good evening. We, the students of ABC Future, take pride in welcoming you all to our sports day.
Today, the 12th of January, is celebrated as National Youth Day in memory of Swami Vivekananda. Today is his birthday and there could be no better way of honouring him.
Sports Day brings new energy in the hearts and minds of the children. This day is marked with great joy and discovering the inner talent of a child in the field of sports. A sound mind resides in a sound body. Sports and games help in large muscle co-ordination resulting in physical fitness apart from inculcating sportsmanship, leadership, unity, competitive spirit among the students.
We welcome Our Chairman Sir, Correspondent Ma’am, Our Chief Guest, Mr. Narayanamoorthy, a veteran in Tennis, our Principal ma’am, our teachers and our friends on this auspicious occasion.
