It just gives the overview of the constitution. It is somewhat the extract of constitution. Conscience is more internal, near to soul. Conscience should be the Fundamental rights or if expanded, it should also include Directive Principles of State Policy.

Answer:

Directive Principles are classified under the following categories: Gandhian, economic and socialistic, political and administrative, justice and legal, environmental, protection of monuments and peace and security.

The Constitution lays down certainDirective Principles of State Policy, which though not justiciable, are 'fundamental in governance of the country', and it is the duty of the State to apply these principlesin making laws.
