According to my experience I think both are important...Through hard work we gain experience; it helps us discover many new things, and this experience enables us to think smartly to solve a critical problem and achieve success...There is no shortcut to success. Hard work is the only key to achieving it; it teaches us discipline, dedication and determination..

On the other hand experience helps us in learning from our mistakes n doing better...

We all need to work hard to gain experience and achieve success... Experience allows us to do everything in the right way...While on the other hand Hard work is the key to experience...
