In the last 25 years all the communities in India have improved vastly and have gained worldly knowledge. Dalits is a very political word, used for education, political votes and for gaining on organised benefits and employment.
Instead of this, use the money distributed in these schemes and employment from these schemes to gradually improve their living drastically.
That is, by improving their living standards, way of life, education.
It is not required to give the money to the dalits but to give schemes to the dalits in the right way. it can be done in the following ways:-
a) Improve electicity and living conditions in tribal areas and dalit oriented areas and villages - Without basic facilities is the main reason why Naxalism can grow in the country. That is why they don't develop trust in a government.
b) Improve their education - Improve schools of government standards.
c) Remove any seats allocated to them in education so that they study and gain a better percentage. This will help them perform better. It is not by giving reservation. Reservation will be a way to make them perform less than their standards than exceed their standards that they are well and truly capable of.
d) Remove government based employment for dalits or atleast reduce them- this really makes them prepare correctly for an interview and perform much better than required. Also perform better in their jobs. This will also surely set standards in theor own community.
Any benefit given will surely make people think they need not have to work on an area of life - For eg. 30 kg rice scheme in Karnataka and Andra. What people are actually doing is buying this rice in government fair price shops and selling to eat outs for a higher price!! After which they will not go to work for the month.
