✨Terrestrial Organisms can take in oxygen present in the surroundings atmosphere . But the Aquatic organisms need to depend on the dissolved oxygen in water .
✨As the amount of oxygen dissolved in water is competitively low as compared to the atmospheric oxygen , the breathing rate of aquatic animals is Faster than terrestrial organisms .

Terrestrial organism does not need to look for oxygen as their is abundant amount of oxygen in terrestrial atmosphere through which they can intake more amount of oxygen in one breathe while the oxygen in aquatic atmosphere was dissolved in water hence the aquatic organism intake less amount of oxygen in one breathe.
