What amount is transferred to Capital Reserve A/c after reissue of forfeited
shares? Why is this account transferred to capital reserve A/c?​

Share forfeiture balance after adjusting the loss on reissue is transferred to Capital reserve .It is transferred to Capital Reserve because it is capital nature profit
