  2. Water expands on heating, so we need as 1000 times larger container than amount of water as steam takes 1000 time larger area then water

Is below 100°C or Steam :-

  1. If we heat water below 100 ° C then many of t disease causing bacteria might not be killed
  2. If it has to be used in a chemical reaction then present of salts in water will effect the results.
