If there is no breast then no milk will be stored and then no milk will be formed for baby.

Well the question is quite interesting to answer!
Breasts or the mammary glands are meant for breastfeeding.
If there will be no breast then these will be it's effects :-
1) Child will not get mother's first milk.
2) Child will not get immunity from outside it's mother's milk that is collustrum which provides immunity.
3) Antibodies will not be formed against pathogens.
