azeotrop is a mixture of liquid that has constant boiling point because the vapour has the same composition as the liquid mixture . The boiling point of azeotropic mixture may be lower or higher than any other of it's component .

azeotropic mixtures are the mitures:-
1) are binary solutions containing one solute and one solvent
2) the constituents are present in a given fixed amount and not any random
3) the boiling points of both solute and solvent become same
4) the Mole fraction of any component in vapour is always equal to its Mole fraction in the liquid
