There are two ways to prevent a disease one is general and one is a specific to his disease:-

  1. The general ways of preventing a disease is to prevent our body exposure to the microbes. For example we can prevent exposure to the airborne microbes by providing living condition that are not overcrowded. We can prevent water borne disease by providing safe water drinking.
  2. The second principle is based on the strength of our immune system to fight the disease. For proper functioning immune system availability of proper and sufficient food for everyone is important. Balance diet play a major role in it.
