Blended fibres are made when two or more fabrics are combined to form a unique fabric which will have its own properties.

EXPLANATION:

Synthetic fibres are made in an artificial manner with chemicals unlike natural fibres made from plants and animals.

For example, Polyester and cotton that are synthetic and natural respectively when combined give polycotton fibre. Cotton is soft, light and breathable and comfortable to wear, but maintenance is required.

Polyester is strong, unbreathable and uncomfortable but holds the colour. Blending these two fabrics gives a material which is comfortable, soft and easily maintainable.

Therefore, blended fibres are much better than synthetic fibres.
