Here is your answer:

Organic diseases or metabolic diseases are those diseases caused by intrinsic (internal) factors.

Intrinsic factors are the factors inside the body that cause diseases. These factors cause malfunction of organs or glands, genetic disorders, hormonal imbalance and some allergies. The diseases caused by these factors can be cured by proper medical treatment.
Some diseases caused by intrinsic factors are:

4. Myopia
5. Cataract
6. Sickle cell
7. Anaemia
8. Haemophilia
9. Diabetes
10. Cretinism
11. Gigantism & dwarfism

Extrinsic factors are the factors present in the external environment that cause diseases such as micro-organisms, pollutants, imbalanced diet, habit-forming substances ( i.e. tobacco, alcohol and drugs).
Some diseases caused by extrinsic factors are:
1. Air borne diseases
2. Water borne diseases
3. Food borne diseases
4. Vector borne diseases
5. Contagious diseases
6. Allergies
