•Carbohydrates are large groups of organic compounds which can be found in foods or living tissues...
They include sugar, starch and cellulose...
They also contain Hydrogen and Oxygen in the same ratio as water i.e 2:1...
They can be broken down typically to get energy in body....

•Lipids are also a group of organic compounds...
they are fatty acids i.e thier derivates are insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents...
they include many natural oils, waxes and steroids...

•They are also a class if organic compounds but containing nitrogen... which have large molecules composed of chains of amino acids...
They are an essential part of a living body... especially structural parts of body tissues like Hair, muscles etc...
They are also present in enzymes and antibodies...
