Carnivores or carnivorous animals are those which feed on other animals that means their flesh...common examples are Lion,Tiger etc.
Now there are various sub divisions like facultative and obligate carnivores
facultative are those which solely depend on the other animals for their food
while
Obligate are those which consume flesh when they do not have an option to have non-animal food
