Its type of battery which can be charged/discharged into a load and recharged several times as opposed to primary battery which is supplied with full charged and discarded after usage.
An accumulator is that which combines 4 or more selections into single wager that has return only when all parts win.
Advantage of an accumulator is that winnings are much higher at expense of increased risk only single selection need lose for whole bet to lose.
