What are CFL's ? are they better than incadesent lamps ?

CFL otherwise known as Compact Fluorescent Lamp are way better than Incandescent Lamps as CFLs consume electricity compared to Incandescent Lamps

besides giving light, an electric bulb also give out heat which is not desirable as for this more electricity is consumed and is wasted. so CFLs(compact fluorescent lamps) is better opinion as they produce light by using very small amount of electricity and hence save electricity.
