Chronic term is used when the disease lasts for more than 3 month or for life time.
Chronice diseases may lead to ' disability' or ' death' of a person.

Examples = cardiovascular diseases , cancer asthma etc

Chronic diseases are those diseases which last for life time and cannot be cured.These are very dangerous diseases and also can lead to death of the person .For example heart diseases,cancer,AIDS etc
