Cinderella stamps:

In philately (the study of stamps), a Cinderella stamp is anything similar to a postage stamp. It is however not issued by any government postal service nor is it used for postal services, it simply virtually resembles a postage stamp.

Items like poster stamps, propaganda labels, stamps issued by organizations not recognized by the government fall under the category. They are a very loosely defined lot and are separated on a basis of what they are not.
