Hey!

A compound sentence consists of more than one subject or predicate.We can identify a compound sentence by understanding that it is a combination of two or more sentences.

To identify a compound sentence in a paragraph we need to remember that they consist of two or more independent clauses which is joined by a conjunction remembering these points will help you to identify compound sentences in a paragraph.

For example:-

My family went to the park yesterday we had wonderful time,this sentence has two independent clauses with comma and a conjunction.
