1) by simple majority - the bill should be approved by a majority of the members present and voting in both houses of the Parliament .
2) by special majority - by absolute majority of total membership and two third majority of members present and voting .
3) special majority and retification - it is approved by the Legislature of at least half of the total number of a state.
it is very helpful for democratic country like India because it is also approved by the state and by this process any wrong law cannot be passed .
