Muscular Force is the force that is released by the muscles. this type of force requires contact between the two objects, hence making it impossible to move the object with this force from a distance with no contact(else it would be telekinesis).
Non-Contact Forces: These are the forces which do not require any contact between the two objects. Some examples would be: Gravity, Magnetic force, etc.
Gravity is the force exerted by planets and other heavenly objects. They do not require contact with other objects to pull them towards themselves, Gravity does it for them.
