what are disadvantages of Plastic in our everyday life

The user of plastics is the main disadvantage of using plastics.

Actually, plastic users (people just like you and me) are the main reason for the plastics pollution concerns.

Plastic is so cheap and easy to use that we lose the awareness of how it can be bad for the environment. We get accustomed to use it and badly dispose it without realizing that it would take almost a century to be decomposed.

We must need to learn how to use it and reuse it until it get usless by wear and tear. At that point we need to learn how to properly dispose it to be recicled.

Plastic recycling is an expensive process, often more expensive than getting it fresh from polymers sources. Industrial processes are economically viable because large batches of raw materials are continually processed in an automated sequence, while recicling requires aditional steps of sorting, cleaning, preparing, queuing, and some other tasks frequently done by human intervention.

We need to better learn how to make friends with the advantages and versatility of using plastics. We need to learn how to be good stewards of the benefits of technology evolution and the gifts of nature.

Nature was freely given to us and we need to be reposible for the environment preservation.
