How does these glands differ from other glands such as sweat glands , salivary glands etc.?

endocrine glands are present in us and it do secret the hormones directly into the blood stream without using other conducting ducts.
other glands such as salivary and sweat gland have duct for them.

Endocrine glands are ductless glands...they secrete Hormones into blood and gets transported to target organs...
sweat glands and salivary glands have ducts through which the secretions (Enzymes etc) are secreted into the target organs....
