Essential amino acids are a class of amino acids which are not synthesized by our body. So obtained through food.
Examples:- Methionine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Histidine, Threonine, Treptophan, Valine, Arginine, Phenylalanine.
Non essential amino acids are the second class of amino acids which are synthesized by our body and are Dispensable in nature.
Examples:- Alanine, Aspargine, Aspartic acid, Glucine, Glutamine, proline , cystein, serine, Tyrosin.
