Essential amino acids are those that are required by the human body but, they cannot be synthesised in the body. They are to be taken with the food we eat.
eg: Valine and Leucine.
Non-essential amino acids are also required by the body, but they can be synthesised in the body.
eg: Glycine and Alanine
