- They are usually multicellular.
- True membrane bound Nucleus are present.
- Cell size is 10-100um.
- More than one chromosome are present.
- Mitochondria are present.
- Chloroplast are present( only in plants )
- Ribosomes are larger in size.
- Vesicles & Golgi apparatus are also present.
- Examples are Plants and animal.
