Exhaustible resources are the resourses which are available on this Earth in a limited quantity ,simply ..they have the chance to get exhausted if not used in a limit.
ex: Fossil fuels ( coal , petroleum , compressed natural gas ...etc )
----
The resources that are present in an unlimited quantity are called inexhaustible resources. They are not likely to get exhausted with rash usage as well.
ex: Solar energy , Water , Wind energy ..etc..
⭐Exhaustible resourses are in a limited quantity, so they need to be preserved ,i.e they need to be used in a limit ...but it does not happen with the Inexhaustible resources , as they are found in an unlimited quantity.
⭐ Exhaustible resources cannot be replenished in a short span of time ( it takes millions of years ) , but Inexhaustible resources can be replenished in a short span of time.
Though , water is said to be an inexhaustible resource, but then as well, there is still a chance for the water to become scarce. The increasing pollution of the water increases the threat to people that ..there is a possibility of water getting exhausted ...
So , no matter what a resource is considered as , we should always use resources according to our own needs , not more than that , or else , the inexhaustible resources would also become that scarce , that we would not be able to enjoy using any of them.
