Therefore, the publishers or printers have formed theit union or association to ensure that their freedom and rights are not censored by any individual, groups, government and political parties. Labourers in industries and factories have unions to keep themselves free from exploitations and injustice. Employees of banks and corporations, school and college students, etc. have exercised their freedom to form associations.
